OUR QUOTE
Will be based on standard trading terms and charges will be in US dollar for orders outside Republic of Indonesia and Rupiah for domestic orders. Quote is valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quote terms will be Ex Factory Bali however could be adjusted to base on clients preference such as C&F or CIF. All trading is done with common International commercial laws however if the latter conflict with the laws and regulation of Republic of Indonesia, the latter shall prevail unless otherwise specified and agreed.
TO INITIATE ORDERS
Clients order is accepted upon receiving the down payment of 50% of the goods purchase value. Once the funds have been cleared into our account only then production will commence. Other payment such as balance payment of 50%, packaging, shipping & insurance charges wherever applicable shall be paid prior to shipment of goods. All original commercial documents pertaining to shipment will be forwarded on full settlement of all payment pertaining to goods shipment. Production is expected to proceed as planned however due to unavoidable circumstances such as act of nature, inclusive of war – civil unrest, riots and commotion, strikes, etc. Déco Bali will not be held responsible.
CANCELATION
In case of cancelations, the deposit payment of 50% is not refundable.
PAYMENT
Preferred payment should be made in US$ by Telegraphic Transfer to our bank account, all details will be provided in our quotation. However if payment is made in other currencies - our bank will automatically convert the payment into US$, based on the exchange rate of the day and Bank Telex Transfer charges will apply. The bank remittance copies need to be faxed to our company for verification. Alternatively cash payment can also be made through our office in Sanur, Bali.
TAX
Only DOMESTIC orders are subject to 10% PPN (VAT) and EXPORT orders are exempted from these charges.
MINIMUM ORDER & PRODUCTION TIME
Minimum orders will be based on the discretion of Déco Bali.
All product featured on our website are made to order and also custom made based on clients requirement. Thus production time will be advised based on the following factors, volume of the goods, the type of goods and duration when the order has been placed based on our production capacity. In general for most standard orders the required minimum will be between 4-6 weeks. However for small orders, wholesale or project orders, the earliest production time will be advised.

Note: Sample or mock up will only be produced on order confirmation.
Like most companies we need to be vigilant against fraudster and impostors from accessing or replicating our products. During inquiry we provide product information & price list of our product collection. However we do not provide our entire product collection or complete price list. We prefer to engage with our clients on a professional basis to understand and provide tailor made solution for their inquiries. We do create new designs prior to order confirmation.
LABELING/BRANDING
We could assist with the above however additional charges do apply based on your requirements.
